AHHH!!!! It's exam week. The end of the nine weeks, exams, and too much to do!
Sophomore's exam has been written. It will be heavy in grammar since we spent almost five weeks working with grammar. It will also cover the readings we have done. We have read The Crucible, The Fall of the House of Usher, The Minister's Black Veil, and The Raven. Students have already taken the writing portion as it was a practice ACT timed writing with FCA's as the point basis. Student's knew the expectations and knew that it was due at the end of the hour, just like the ACT would be. Study Guides will be handed out on Tuesday.
Senior- The Senior's exam will be heavy in questions from readings we have done. We have read: 12 Angry Men, Fahrenheit 451, and The Glass Castle. There will be questions from all of these. We also used literary elements and wrote children's book. Literary Elements will also be covered in the exam. The final portion will be vocabulary. Senior's will get a study guide on Tuesday.
Civics- a Unit test is today for Units 4/5. I will allow open notes for this test. Exam study guides will also go out on Tuesday.
I'm sorry if I left anything out or have errors in grammar. I wanted to get this done and have little time with exam prep and the end of the nine weeks.
